Vegetarian Nacho Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 baby gem lettuce heads, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 sweet corn cob, grilled
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander 
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 bag nacho chips
  • 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil 
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt & pepper 
  • 1 tbsp BLACK MAMBA Chipotle Chilli Sauce
  • cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional) 

Instructions

  1. In a salad bowl, toss the all the ingredients. 
  2. Serve with nacho chips and extra BLACK MAMBA Chipotle Chilli Sauce on the side. 
  3. Enjoy!
