Ingredients
- 1 baby gem lettuce heads, halved
- 1 medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 sweet corn cob, grilled
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 spring onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped coriander
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 bag nacho chips
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tbsp BLACK MAMBA Chipotle Chilli Sauce
- cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
- 2 tablespoons sour cream (optional)
Instructions
- In a salad bowl, toss the all the ingredients.
- Serve with nacho chips and extra BLACK MAMBA Chipotle Chilli Sauce on the side.
