Sticky Grilled Pineapple with Vanilla Ice Cream

- 1/2 Pineapple, cut into spears
- 1 tablespoon FRUIT BAT PINEAPPLE MANGO JAM
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 Lemon, juiced and zested
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla Ice Cream
- In a small bowl, mix the FRUIT BAT PINEAPPLE MANGO JAM, hot water, lemon and cinnamon until well combined.
- Brush the mixture over the pineapple and place over hot coals. Grill for 10 minutes.
- Serve with vanilla ice cream and drizzle with remaining sauce.
