TERMS & CONDITIONS

Eligibility:

• The giveaway is open to residents of South Africa only.
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Employees of any of the participating brands, their family members, and anyone else connected with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.

Entry Period:

• The giveaway will begin on 17 November 2023 and end on29 November 2023. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.

How to Enter:

• Participants must follow the steps as indicated on the competition posts on Facebook and Instagram. 
• Multiple entries from the same participant are allowed, but each entry must comply with the entry requirements.

Prize:

The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Winner Selection:

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
• The winner will be announced at the end of November on Facebook and Instagram. 
• The winner will be contacted via direct message on the social media platform they used to enter.

Claiming the Prize:

The winner must respond to the winner notification DM within 7 days.
Failure to respond within the specified time will result in the selection of a new winner.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the participating brand's use of their name and image for promotional purposes.

Privacy:

Personal information collected during the giveaway will only be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties.
