Hot Honey and Soy Air Fry Wings

Ingredients:
- 500g chicken wings
- 1/3 cup BLACK MAMBA HOT HONEY
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- Spring onion, chopped
- Coriander, chopped
Instructions
- In a large bowl mix all the ingredients under marinade.
- Set aside some of the marinade which will be used as dipping sauce. Add the chicken wings to the leftover marinade and let it rest in the refrigerator for 6 hours OR overnight.
- Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200ºC. Put the chicken wings in. Cook for 10 minutes on one side then turn the chicken and cook for another 10 minutes or until nicely browned. Repeat with the rest of the chicken wings.
- To serve, drizzle the sauce over the air-fried chicken and then garnish with chopped coriander and chopped spring onions.
