Ingredients
- 1 x mango (skinned, pipped, finely diced)
- 1 x red bell pepper (finely diced)
- 1 x handful of coriander (stemmed, sliced fine)
- 1 x small red onion (skinned, finely diced)
- 2 x wheels of feta (cubed)
- 1 x jalapeno pepper (finely diced)
- Juice of half a lime
- BLACK MAMBA HABANERO CHILLI SAUCE (to taste)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a bowl
- Mix well, and enjoy!
