Ingredients

  • 1 x mango (skinned, pipped, finely diced)
  • 1 x red bell pepper (finely diced)
  • 1 x handful of coriander (stemmed, sliced fine)
  • 1 x small red onion (skinned, finely diced)
  • 2 x wheels of feta (cubed)
  • 1 x jalapeno pepper (finely diced)
  • Juice of half a lime
  • BLACK MAMBA HABANERO CHILLI SAUCE (to taste)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a bowl
  2. Mix well, and enjoy!
