Braaied Corn with Jalapeño & Herb Butter

Ingredients

4 Medium Sweetcorn Corn On the Cob

100g Salted butter softened
-
1 tablespoon BLACK MAMBA JALAPEÑO CHILLI SAUCE

1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander

1 tablespoon sliced spring onion
-
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
-
1 teaspoon ground cumin
-
1 teaspoon ground black pepper

1 teaspoon chopped chilies (optional)

1 lime cut into wedges to serve

In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, BLACK MAMBA JALAPEÑO CHILLI SAUCE and all the herbs.

Prepare the corn by gently peeling back the husks keeping them attached to the base. Brush the corn with the butter mixture (you can use a pastry brush or your hands to rub.) Braai over hot coal grill for 10 minutes turning occasionally until cooked and slightly charred. Serve with lime wedges.
