Lemon juice, chillies (20%), vinegar, garlic, onions, canola oil, spices, stabilizer (xanthan gum)

Other information:

Store in a dry cool place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 months. Shake well before use. Because this is a product that doesn’t use any artificial preservatives, it might oxidise and change colour with use. This doesn’t affect the flavour or the quality of the product.
