Mangoes (50%), white vinegar, apples, white sugar, onions, habaneros, garlic, ginger

Store in a dry cool place. Refrigerate after opening and use within 4 months. Because this is a product that doesn’t use any artificial preservatives, it might oxidise and change colour with use. This doesn’t affect the flavour or the quality of the product.
