This board needs to be oiled with any vegetable or seed oil to prevent cracks. This needs to be done frequently in the beginning until the wood doesn’t absorb too much oil anymore. After this you can oil the board every 6 months. The board needs to be washed with salt and half a lemon once a month to avoid any bacteria developing on the scratches of the wood.
